Principalities act as patron angels of nations, groups, and organizations. They are the highest-ranking angel of the Third Sphere. They govern over distributing blessings to the material plane and are the most likely to respond the the Commune spell cast by Clerics and other worshippers. Interestingly, these angles are some of the farthest from the gods, and thus are much more effective at speaking with the creatures of the material plane.
